About Me

Thornton Mellon
Greetings. My name is Joseph Lazarski, and I am a 53 year old sophomore. Who says your too old to start college. What a great time to be in a US Govt. course. My political views are moderate and like our wonderful nation they are subject to change. I became interested in politics in my Sr. year of high school and remember stumping vigorously for Jimmy Carter. He is the first president I voted for and I haven't missed an election since. I will listen to anyone's political opinions as long as you have voted. I truly believe that when you stop voting, you give up the right to voice your opinion.
